Re: SWF after Liver Flush
I wrote that about
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) after liver flush, to someone that's not entirely "naturally healing" minded. It's an option, but one that's not necessary when we have CE's.
SWFs are very harsh on the intestinal tract, and not something I recommend when in 'healing mode' (especially if there's intestinal issues). The recipe is 1-2 tablespoons of natural salt in a quart/liter of water. The salt dissolves in the water, making the water "heavy", and the heavy water pushes it's way through the intestines. Many times the first few times people try it, they vomit it all up. Where a
Coffee-Enema only washes out the lower colon of beneficial organisms, a
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) washed out ALL of the intestines.
Two back-to-back CE's is all anyone should need after a
Liver Flush :)
I believe there may be a place for SWFs and by definition, they are "natural"...but I think that place is in 'the final touches' of a cleansing/healing regime, rather than at the beginning. Of course, this is better to me than ES...but there's really no need for either when
Liver Flushing - IF the liver is prepped and open/flowing (like yours is now), and if one uses
coffee enemas (like you do now).
If I were you, I would use only 1 tablespoon of ES in my next flush (the one directly preceding the oil/citrus) and do 2 back-to-back CE's the next day...one 2-3 hours after waking, and another in the afternoon (and maybe a "quickie" before bed, if that's what my doctor within said she wanted).
Blessings,
Uny
