SWF harshly floods through your intestinal tract, pushing along any debris.
Done occasionally, it is generally considered safe (and effective, for whatever it is being used for)...as a substitute for bowel activity, it weakens the colon (and of course, generally pushes out a substantial amount of beneficial/necessary microorganisms). So no, it is NOT beneficial if you're on IF#1. In fact, I can think of no reason that you're not having 3 bms daily now with the IF#1...'not taking enough? 'not taking them?
So you're going to do THREE ESs AND a SWF...and 2 back-to-back CE's? Your choice, but it's absolutely not necessary to subject your small, exhausted healing body/liver/digestive tract to three doses of ES in two days. All you could possibly need (and you don't even need this) is the dose of ES before the olive/citrus. You've prepped, you've proven your liver/gallbladder is without any major clog or 'lack of flow'...so you're taking the ES twice the day of the flush and once the day after, when it's perfectly logical that you need only one dose (assuming the
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and 2 coffee enemas). It's my opinion that's an unwise choice, and overly stressful to your body.
Why mewonders: because you've been conditioned to think you need it? (like the Sutter folks who swear they need phosphoric acid instead of malic acid)? Or because you just like dehydrating your body, burdening your kidneys and throwing your electrolytes out of whack....for no good reason?
Hey, it's your body, eletrolytes, kidneys and intestinal tract - but I wouldn't do what you're doing unless I was in EXTREME crises.
Please rethink it?
