Re: No more distilled water for me

I'm researching distilled water an am VERY interested.

I read that distilled water exposed to air will leach carbon dioxide out of air and make it acidic.  Is this true?

The distiller I want to buy does not come with a closed container to protect the distilled water from prolonged air exposure.  Does this matter?

Here is the link to the disiller:   Water Distiller, Countertop, White Enamel with Glass Collection by MegaHome

Also, I was wondering how sea salt can be good for you since it is derrived from evaporated sea water.  Since learning about distilled water and the inorganic minerals in it, wouldn't that mean that the minerals in sea salt are of the inorganic kind?

I have also read that some people remineralize their distilled water by adding a few grains of organic brown rice and/or sea salt to it.  What is your take on this?

 Thanks.
