We don't disagree as much as you think. I just get frustrated with any dogmas. And the vegetarians sure are dogmatic.

Great post in my mailbox. Why didn't you post that here? Lots of great information.

Story in the New York Times a few years ago about this 114 year old guy that had been living the last ten years on white bread soaked and fried in fatback and a gallon of Ripple wine per week.

Of course you probably know my suggestions for diet. Eat what makes you strong and gives you endurance and allows you to sleep well. Experiment until you find it. Raw food, vegan, vegetarian, high protein, low protein, whatever works for you.

Recovering from "terminal" gets pretty specific but otherwise the above will suffice.
