You must realize that there are those out there who really DON'T want to be well. The attention and sympathy they get from others would be lost. They claim to want to be well but if you look at their lives and lack of committment to stick with any protocol to get well, or make lifestyle changes, you can come to the conclusion that this person's comfort zone is in being sick. I know of one such person personally (though she is a great person and a fairly good friend) and my boyfriend (doctor) confirms there are many people like this. Tweet
