Re: Minerals in Spring Water
Hi Mouseclick,
bottled water is mainly spring or subterranean water from natural sources that has been "purified" by the rocks through which it is filtered via precipitation, but this filtering leaves inorganic minerals within it.
So yes, spring water (from naturally occurring springs) is from the ground which has mixed inorganic minerals within it.
In an ideal World the ideal diet consists mostly of plants/vegetation/fruits and so on that are of a "high- -water-content" which has been distilled by Nature and contains organic minerals that benefit the body.
So any other water-drinking is largely superfluous as the body's need for water is met in this way.
"Every sickness, every disease can be traced to a mineral deficiency" Dr Linus Pauling Nobel Laureate 1954.
He should have qualified that as organic minerals and toxemia of course.
Dr Max Gerson MD. went even further and stated that cancer and other degenerative diseases have three main causes......
#1. Deficiency.
#2. Toxicity.
#3. Stress.
