Props to you for making healthier choices..
I have inherently been drinking slightly fermented molasses drink in the morning and have also changed my diet substantially. However, I still eat meat and dairy on occasion. (Only cultured or fermented dairy BTW.. Kefir etc.)
Now, I've had black vaginal discharge for a couple days and just had my period last week, so this is highly unusual, I suspect I may in fact have fibroids also, but I won't bet on it. I can't explain why I'm having this black bloody pulp emitting from within me.
Anyways a question for you is whether or not you sprout your grains/legumes before consuming/cooking them? You may want to look into this, as it makes them more viable and digestible and gets rid of the phytic acid, (anti-nutrients) so in fact you are able to absorb their beneficial vitamins, minerals an enzymes. Just a thought, I've been eating sprouted grains/legumes nuts and seeds every day now for about 2 weeks, and I ferment my grains before eating them with some kefir, but if you are not into dairy you can use lemon juice or apple cidar vinegar to ferment your grains. You then cook them (low heat to retain enzymes) like a porridge. If you combine the grains and legumes you get a nice complete protein too. This makes them more easily assimilated by the body. Anyways, just wanted to share with you some of the things I'm doing as well to increase my health.
