Vaginal Discharge

So I've been on a new diet that incorporates tons of raw foods, sprouts and lacto-fermented foods. I had my period a little over a week ago and just this week have started discharging what appears to be blood, however it is rather dark in color and very sticky/clumpy.(It is almost Black) It is not like a normal period, but it is consistent as if I'm going through a second period in one month. Not shortly before it started, I did experience some abdominal pain, sharp fast sorts of lightning bolts in my uterus area. I should also mention, I've become very physically active in a short period of time and am wondering if this is all working together to have some effect?

Anyways, I've done various parasite cleanses, detoxing and fasting occasionally and my diet no longer includes any refined or processed foods. I'm wondering if this is part of the detoxification process or if I may have had some underlying condition I didn't know about like Uterine fibroids that are disseminating and being removed from my body? I am not experiencing the same pain I had before, occasionally there is a bit of funky stuff going on in my lower region, either in my intestines or uterine area, not sure.. But I'm very curious about it all, I could be going through hormonal changes as well, have suffered from Acne for a long time and now my skin is clearing up substantially.
