Re: Trouble Finding The Right Magnesium

Chlorophyll is high in magnesium that is naturally chelated. So how about chlorella, which is very rich in chlorophyll? Or have you tried taking smaller doses of the acidified magnesiums more frequently throughout the day? This is like zinc, which can cause nausea if you do not have enough food in your stomach. But if you cut the dose in half it does not cause the nausea with the same amount of food. So instead of one large dose the zinc can be divided in to several smaller doses throughout the day to still get the daily recommendation.
