Govt dumping chemicals in rivers of NC

Every day for the past 3 months the government has been dumping chemicals into the rivers of North Carolina on a huge scale. I initially tried to put up with it but it kept getting worse and worse. As far as I can tell the dumping is the worst in Elizabeth City, but the dumping extends all the way to the Virginia border and down to Hertford, maybe farther south too. I don't know. I haven't been down there. It also extends west (inland) for about 70 miles on route 158.

About 3 weeks ago I complained to the county inspector and a few days after that I started getting targeted with the chemicals. They started dumping them near my house. The chemicals were so bad at night that I had to leave the city and sleep in my car. But then they started dumping where I was sleeping. So I would constantly have to find a new place to sleep. I guess they got tired of that and started following me and whenever I would stop, they would start dumping.

I'm now in New York living with relatives but the government is still dumping chemicals around me. The chemicals don't really smell. I can smell them if they're heavy (because I have MCS), but no one else can. What can I do?
