It would be useful to know what dosage you are using with the Hawthorn. Can you tell us PLEASE?
As for quick results experienced, if the Hawthorn tincture contains cayenne, you should get faster results than with plain Hawthorn because the cayenne thins the blood so the Hawthorn can travel to where it is needed.
I can't comment on the Castor Oil question, sorry.
