very very little weight loss
hi!
i was jus hoping someone could fill me in on why i have only lost about 4
pounds since i started this fast. I am on day 10 and i have only lost 4 pounds.
i really wasnt to lose more weight and was wandering how i could increase my weight loss. btw i have been exercising a bit too so dnt know what to do.
i weigh 140
pounds and would like to lose around 28
pounds in the next month (as i am very short) which i thought would be ok bt am now not so sure as i thought that you lose the most weight in the first ten days and thereafter it slows down.
This is getting me really down because it feels like its pointless to go through this fasting if its not having an effect.
p.s. before the fast, i used to eat a lot of junk food
p.p.s.i know i shudnt be fasting with weightloss as my main aim, but ive tried so many other ways to lose weight and find it too difficult bt because fasting involves complete deprivation from food, i can deal with it better.
so please please any advice on how to increase my weight loss would be greatly appreciated.
