Lol that was interesting! I have to give you a lot of credit for trying! You learned what not to do and when you get your your ducks in a row with the Birth Certificate, Indemnity bond, and Fiduciary stuff, you'll be able to walk in with confidence and tear them up!

That was interesting how they brought in your friend to identify you. And that they never asked your name. Like you said they're ready for these type of proceedings I guess. What state are you in anyway?

I think maybe the reason they still found you guilty is because you hadn't legally separated yourself from the strawman, so therefore it was you that committed the offense?

It would seem that sense the cop couldn't identify you and he wasn't aware of how many elements are are in a cause of action, this should have been enough to throw the case out.

When the cop asked you for your ID I would have asked why would you want that? That's one thing I've gotten out of all the video's I've watched. Answer with a question. That makes them have to prove everything and as Winston said it smacks that ping pong ball back to their side of the table and makes them have to smack it back without your help. You accomplished the same with what you told him, but by asking him why, you might have gotten some incriminating evidence. Just a thought.

So much for 20/20 hind sight anyway. I know I would have just paid the fine without appearing and not even tried, so I can't talk.

But I'm going to try a back door approach with all this stuff. I haven't figured out the exact sequence yet, but probably establish my vested interest in my house and car first and then do the next, then the next and then finally get the bond to give it all meaning. Hopefully I'll sneak under their radar until wham, there I am, and everything is in place after it's too late to stop me. Kind of like always passing the ball to someone else during a soccer game till they leave me alone and their guard is down and then when the moment is right I attack and score for the win and they just stand there with their mouths open in shock wondering what happened. That's what I've done all my life. Kind of like the ancient master Taoists that used to wonder the land drunk and appearing stupid to the world, but when faced with something that needs a reaction, it's swift and final.
