Yes but...


...Vinegar and alcohol result in your symptoms because the yeast/fungus that's inside your body and/or on your skin doesn't like it. The skin is an elimination channel, therefore when you consume those items, it triggers a die-off. People who use apple cider viniger internally and externally have cured various kinds of dermititis, therefore you have it backwards. You assume that because those items are making your symptoms worse, that they are causing the problem. But that is not always the case. Except for the alcohol which you should probably avoid because there is a backlash, the vinegar is highly recommended, particularly bragg's organic unfiltered raw apple cider vinegar.
