class action suit

is there any where to sign up for a class action suit. I have been in pain for the last 6 months, loss work hours, MRI's, CAT SCANs, debilitating headaches, unnecessary medication, back pain so bad i couldn't get out of bed, and tingling in my head and neck and now cysts. The terrible side effects need to be made public.
