I am not letting the little girl control my life. However, I do know she is here and doesn't want us to leave this house. Does that mean we'll never leave? Of course not! The fact that she doesn't want us to leave this house hasn't stopped me from doing some of the work that it takes to move. Over the past few years, I've done a lot of sorting through items, throwing things out, donating items, shipping our daughter's items to her. If I can't get the little girl to move on, then I will get help in doing so. I want her to cross over because that's where she needs to be---just as I would want anyone who is stuck to also move on. I don't know why you think that I like the idea that the little girl is in in our home. I don't hate it but to say I like it, is a real stretch. When my husband, who doesn't believe, hears the same things I hear at the exact time, I do know that she is here. I also know she doesn't mean any harm (other than wanting us to stay).

The fact that we haven't moved yet has nothing to do with "fear" and "uncertainty". It involves a lot of factors such as the current housing market and the house needing work. Believe me, if we were renting on a month to month basis or if we could have quickly sold the house, we would have been long gone at least into some transitional housing. The truth is, these days many people are unable to move on due to the economy.

When I posted this, I didn't expect to be ridiculed by anyone. I wanted to tell my story and get advice on how to get the little girl to move on. CZ is a place where people can get help and support from like-minded people. There are forums for things I don't do or believe in but I would never go into any of them and ridicule those who post there. It was hurtful to me to see the You Tube video that #1993 posted here. I have a sense of humor but didn't find that to be funny at all under the circumstances.
