For Our Gentle Forum Folks...Re: My Urine Fasting Journal

We are following the works of the greatest natural healers the world has ever known, men such as Christopher, Schulze, Gerson, Kelley, and the gems contained in the works of Clark, Jensen, and all of their mentors.

Just so our dear forum readers know, there are calls for Water Fasting as an advanced form of healing protocol (but I don't think any of us are ready for Water Fasting yet... I know I'm not, except for maybe a day...). We all know (OK, I assume we all know) Dr. Schulze and Christopher insisted on a high raw to cooked vegan diet for healthy people who wanted to get to ultimate health, a 100% raw vegan diet for those who were ill, and sustained juice fasting for those who were either chronically ill or had been diagnosed with an incurable disease.

I have yet to read of a time where these men advocated urine fasting. I know there are people out there who swear by it, but to my knowledge, the great men who were able to help people heal themselves from ANYTHING, didn't recycle urine.

So we don't, either. :-)
