I have one, too

I love the thing. I tend to set up a laptop and play a DVD while I'm doing it, and I barely notice the colema process. It's best to do some reading before you begin, about what ingredients you want to include in your water and how to do an abdominal massage while you're performing the colema. In general, though, I can't tell you how glad I am that I got a board. In the long run, it's much, much less expensive to do them at home.
