im currently doing it now

I waited an hour between epsoms and liver mixture and I did it in the morning.

In an hour i do my last Epsom Salts

This is the one I am doing now


12 am, teaspoon epsom and water

1 pm, teaspoon epsom and water

2 pm, 60 ml orange/grapefruit juice, 100 ml of olive oil,

3 pm, last epsom

Hopefully it will work.



Have i drunk enough oil ? Seems too little amount compared to some flushes. And i wanted the morning flush, does this make a difference.
