Jazzed... or is it Electrified?

You know how you feel when you finally "get" something? Like the day you sat in Algebra I class in the 8th grade and it suddenly "clicked" that "the letter x stands for a number that can vary" actually meant that "the letter x stands for a number that can vary"? Then the light bulb came on and the mystery of Algebra was solved (at least for that day lol)?

That's how I feel this morning. I feel kinda like Dorothy in the movie "The Wizard of Oz" when everything "Kansas" was in black and white, but when she opened the door to Oz, it was in bright Technicolor. She tells Toto the famous line, "I don't think we're in Kansas anymore." The truth was that Dorothy actually WAS still in Kansas, but "Kansas" wasn't what she thought it was. Whoa.

The word for the day is "flow." Natural Healing is about "flow." There's a flow, y'all. It's like, when you step into Natural Healing and it becomes a way of life for you, you realize, or become opened up in your awareness, of this "flow" that's going on around you. You either go "with" the flow, or you go "against" the flow. We have those phrases in our conversations, but I don't think I understood that there was any real meaning behind the phrases.

It starts with Intestinal Formula #1. I dunno, maybe it's like swallowing the ...what was it, the red or blue pill in "The Matrix?" You take that and IF#2 to get the bowel flow going. Then you do your kidney and liver work. You do your blood work. You drink your water. You drink your juices. You begin to become more hydrated. Once your body isn't just absolutely, desperately CRYING for liquid and BEGGING for God-provided nutrition, your body begins to enter "the flow." Before you probably weren't even aware that there IS a flow.

You can just FEEL the energy in your body. Before, it was clogged up. Stagnant. Putrid. Rotting. Sick and diseased. "Honey, call the plumber!" But you give your body the pure, clean water (not poisoned municipal water that has been fluoridated to keep you docile and apathetic and contains everybody's old prescription medications... eeewwwww) it's dying for, the organic liquid sunlight plant blood transfusions we call juices, the SUPER foods that are like Nature's vitamin packs (oh, gosh... must contain my thoughts before I go off in THAT direction!), then you start to enter The Flow.

This is only the beginning.

You start practicing yoga. Yoga stretches your body. The poses feel WONDERFUL. They "open" you. How do I explain it to someone who's never done it? The poses look like our childhood game "Twister." MANY of them I can't do. But there's no race. It's almost as if the "race" is to see how patient you can be. So you learn patience, and all KINDS of character building attributes. You learn how to quiet your mind- and you see how BUSY your mind is. At once, you taste peace and desire it, and you also recognize that "the flow" sometimes trickles, and sometimes rushes like Niagra Falls.

Once you begin to "go with the flow," you begin to "see" things. Truth is right there in front of your eyes. Scriptures in the Bible just BURN with life. OMG! How did I not "see" this before? Keep looking.... Look at Nature. What is it saying? Ummm.... no, LOOK.

Dandelions are growing wild in your yard. Cleanse your liver. Plantain. Chickweed. CLOVER. What is Nature providing for you? What grows easily in your area? What grows side by side? Why? What do we need to be doing to be a part of waht God is saying to us?

What if we not only had organic gardens, but if we planted and cared for our gardens with "awareness?" The plants are certainly "aware." What might happen if by giving our gardens the best nutrients possible, they went "Whoa! This gardener is in TUNE! This gardener is in The Flow!" What kind of a yield do we think we'd get? What would happen to US if we started eating the produce from THAT garden? :-)You see how it spirals up?

You know, we are our own healers. I think Uny's mission, as well as mine, is to experience Natural Healing (and Health) ourselves, and teach it to y'all. But isn't that just Baby Step A? Isn't that just preschool? What happens once we ARE healthy? What kind of energy can we exchange and transport then? I have no idea, because I'm not there yet. But I think there IS a "there." Jesus Christ was the Ultimate "There" ("Here"...).

The more I learn, the more I realize I don't know ANYTHING.

Unclog, y'all. Unblock. Soak. Soak in liquid. Soak in sunlight. Soak in fresh air- it's a liquid, too, ya know. Release the toxins. Release the bad electricity. Soak in the positive electricity. Release the negative emotions and emotional toxicity. Soak in joy, peace, and love. Get to know Nature, and Nature's God. :-)
