Wheatgrass? Looks like we want it 'down da' AND 'up da' :)

To be expected (I know for sure) - if you drink too much of it, you will be nauseated (and maybe have diarrhea) - for oral ingestion, start with 1/2-1 oz and work up SLOWLY.
