Hey solmare, I like your illustration how we dont things separately in our life, we manage them at the same time.Made a lot of sense. Ive been doing the P&B for over month But I am switching to Uny's formula of IF 1&2. It arrived in the mail today. Im doing a five day juice fast starting monday and I will start then(I get too busy on the weekends,not a good time to start something new).Im having one BM a day but it just doesnt seem like enough. I feel constipated. So I know the IF#1 will get me moving and I feel the IF#2 is a great blend of cleansing ingredients. I will let you know what I think of it!
