I don't know the answer of Your question either, but I am glad to see You posting here.

I have read Your story about Urine fasting.
(I mean the original one, I had put "Urine fast" in the search option and found it)
Wanted to know more about it first hand since I am struggling with MS.
Ironically Dr. Grace Lee lives in the area (LA).

I did the Water/Urine Fasting only one day and added juice then. All together maybe 5 days.

Right now I drink approximalely 4 glasses per day.

My goal is to do a 14 days fasting with massages and enema, just need to get my spirit together and have the right circumstances at home.
(with MS the fasting makes You even weaker as You already are)
