I have been taking H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) orally for the past month or so and have worked up to 20 drops. I am still experiencing severe die off so I am taking it slowly, but I can vouch that it is killing off the candida better than any other method I have tried...and I've tried almost everything! Hang in there:)
