When i take H202, i got also the same die off effects than taking garlic. Except i would need to take 6 cloves of Garlic in a row to get the same effect of 5 drops of H202 :))) I take both and it is working gently together. Also when using H202 you got less die off symptoms than using herbs. So i got the feeling is neutralize some toxins. Remember Candida releases 75 toxins.

I ll keep you posted, i'm at 5 drops of H202 taken orally three times a day. I got a tinnitus that has been aweaken by the H202. I ll keep you posted.

By the way, when the doctors say that Candida die off can last some weeks that s all. It is really rubbish, i got candida die off symptoms since 3 month. I got Candidosis since 6 years. In other words without Garlic or H202 it would have taken years to get rid of the Candida.

Rainey i advise you to take probiotics while taking H202, it will help to get less die off symptoms. I under estimated probiotics and i got to say results are pretty spectacular. Notice, i started my natural treatment at the beginning of February. It is now May, and i feel always die off symptoms even if they are less and few compared to what i had on February.
