No one has hijacked anything, and although this is a
Water Fast support forum there are many issues raised within it that are related in terms of lifestyle thereafter and diet and so on.
Fasting is not a tool to be used in isolation of the other factors in health such as Nutritarianism, brought to our attention by Mouseclick, and so a big thank you to him for that.
A fast of any length is in vain unless you conform to the laws of Nature thereafter.
Another of your recent posts refers to fasting to the skeletal state, which is irresponsible and decidedly dangerous.
I am beginning to think that you may have a fixation on fasting, which in itself has an unhealthy psychological approach.
