You somehow misunderstand. Schroth is a physical therapy method that uses isometric and other exercises. It has nothing to do with surgery. One of its purposes is to *avoid* surgery.

Spinal fusion surgery entails high risk and should be avoided, and Schroth is the best method I have found so far.
