Re: swine flu treatments

My grandmother who survived TB when few did (though lost a lung) chain smoked Pall Mall with her one lung until she passed at 89. She swore by two things, one was obsessively washing hands. The other was to chew one large or two smaller garlic cloves. Hold the chewed clove in your mouth as long as you can and deeply breathe the fumes of the garlic into your lungs. Don't know about the medical facts, but I do know the she NEVER got a cold or flu. Ever. Also, I recently got very sick after exposure to a pesticide. I washed my nose out daily with a neti pot and sea salt/baking soda combo. Every one around me got sick during the holidays. Even though I was on prednisone and antibiotics for months, I never got sick. So in addition to doing the great things listed here, I will be doing the garlic inhalation and neti pot.
