Yea, it really is up to you. I've never done a liver cleanse and parasite cleanse at the same time. I know of other people that have, but i personally just like to concentrate on one at a time.

But it's really up to you. I would say do the liver cleanse prior to the parasite cleanse, because I think it's more beneficial for you as a whole, but doing a parasite cleanse will also bring many benefits, as you've already seen.
