So I've done a 4 day Clarkia -like parasite cleanse and then followed that up with a coconut oil, fresh pineapple and Epsom Salt (did this before the '4-day Clarkia 'and after.
I do think I saw 3 jelly(???) like worms about 1.5-2" long when I did my first epsom salt/pineapple day.
Other than that, nothing viewable by the eye. I have noted that my splenic flexure area seems LESS agitated and inflated feeling than it did pre- parasite cleanse.
Should I continue on the parasite cleanse before doing the liver cleanse?

This is a reply to # 1,405,458It's your choice. When I did the Humaworm parasite cleanse, I stopped and did a Liver Flush half way through and about fainted when I saw all the parasites that came out. I felt like it made the second half of the parasite cleanse easier on my liver as the Liver-Flush decongested my liver of all those dead parasites.
The flipside of the coin is Humaworm recommends that you wait to Liver Flush till about 5 days after you finish the parasite cleanse. SO, my suggestion is to listen to your body, and Liver Flush accordingly.

Yea, it really is up to you. I've never done a liver cleanse and parasite cleanse at the same time. I know of other people that have, but i personally just like to concentrate on one at a time.
But it's really up to you. I would say do the liver cleanse prior to the parasite cleanse, because I think it's more beneficial for you as a whole, but doing a parasite cleanse will also bring many benefits, as you've already seen.
