I would up my intake of Vitamin D3 to about 10,000 iu's per day. Stick to raw food according to appetite. Thats it.
I will not catch it, because I am free of toxemia.

Viruses cannot take hold in a non-toxemic body.

Hygiene, cleanliness and proper sanitation are the key in avoiding any potentially contagious disease.
This is how we eradicated cholera and other epidemic diseases.
