I OP then rinse several times and gargle with 1 tspn bi-carb in a glass of water. Next I gently sniff some of that solution into my nostrils to clean them out.

I've just begun combining the Miracle ll soap with the Miracle ll neutraliser (no glycerine) to clean teeth, which I also do immediately after the OP and mouth washing.

I'm not a good example though. My teeth have been eroding and I think it was due to rinsing with Miracle-Mineral-Supplement for less than a minute but perhaps with not enough water added. I just know that it happened mostly during the time I was doing that.
