Tooth Soap/Remineralization
Has anybody been using a type of tooth soap or bar soap along with oil pulling for awhile now? If so, does anybody have any recommendations? I was wondering if it has helped with remineralization at all. My front teeth have been getting more and more transparent at the tips. Last night I chipped a tiny part off of one of my top teeth with my glass while getting a drink of water in the middle of the night. I decided I needed to be a little more proactive about it and spent some time today looking at various posts/websites about remineralization and tooth soaps and getting confused.
I found this website which was good

There was a very interesting posting on there that somebody had copied from Gerald Judd's letter. Here is the part about soap.
"Teeth reenamalize when clean. TO MAKE TEETH CLEAN ONE BRUSHES WITH ANY BAR SOAP. Soap washes off in just 2 rinses. What about toothpastes? Glycerine in all tooth pastes is so sticky that it takes 27 washes to get it off. Teeth brushed with any toothpaste are coated with a film and CANNOT PROPERLY REENAMELIZE."
I have been oil pulling over a year and a half now with mainly plain sesame oil or coconut oil. I rinse my mouth out with salt water afterwards. I know my teeth were doing this before the oil pulling but I am not sure if it's made it any worse.
Also, I did switch to plain
table salt for the rinse. Do you think that would make any difference vs using the
Sea Salt ? I use the celtic
Sea Salt in cooking still.
Thank you for any ideas.
