Re: Water cure?

My views on this subject are not coloured by any commercial issue, like water purifiers or distillers.
Nor I would be worried about slight acidity. Reason for that is simple: people consume various slightly acid liquids for decades and that will not kill them, like alcohol beverages for one example. Overuse is another matter.

I hold an opinion that you don’t knowingly remove minerals from drinking water if you don’t have to do so. I accept that in some rare places that is the only option for clean water supply, but by doing so one needs to use many mineral supplements to obtain the required minerals. Once you start relaying on supplements there are danger that the natural balance in your body will be disturbed and your health will suffer.

May I ask what are they?

I believe drinking water often needs filtering for quality improvement.
