Dear Forum,
I am a 51 year old male with osteoporosis. After being on Fosamax for a number of years, I began looking for an alternative, being concerned about the long term effects. I found a Chinese Herbal Medicine that has clinical trial results equal to Fosamax. I have been taking it for two years now, and have noticed some fatique and dizziness. The herbal preperation is called Xianling Gubao. Just recently, I found that the real mode of operation of the medicine is that the primary herb is a phytoestrogen.
I am also using Testim, Testosterone gel. What should the effect of the estrogen be? Would it help, or hurt my cause?
Thank you!
Sincerely,
Mike
