Re: Digestive system

I wouldn't activate anything in the bedroom, as this is a risky place to add cures (other than those specifically intended for the bedroom, such as the wulou). Plants are definitely a no-no, as they add too much yang for restful sleep. As someone who has had the sensitive intestines problem myself, I recommend avoiding water in the bedroom - including fountains, paintings of water, etc. - and taking a look at your bathroom, which is symbolic of the body's "plumbing" system. For instance, mine is in the Northwest, and to make matters worse, it is attached to the bedroom. I made sure I didn't overdecorate it (a good idea no matter where your bathroom is located) and added plenty of metal energy with shiny, rounded chrome fixtures and accessories. I also keep the door closed at all times, and keep the bathroom very clean to avoid dampness.

Before I began studying Feng Shui, my (northern, in my last apartment) bathroom was done mainly in black, which I later switched to shades of maroon...water, then fire, both of which were bad. To try and soothe my stress, I put a tabletop fountain on my nightstand, and promptly got acid reflux along with insomnia. So, make some changes in your bedroom and bathroom if you can, and add the enhancers in your living room. I added a bamboo plant in the east of mine, and it's done very well.

Hope that helps!
