If beans a problem...
You may do better with free range chicken in your soup.
Also, you may find that you do better actually eating the soup.
This might especially be true if you are an O blood t.type.
This is how I did it, and still do it for one meal a day.
Works even when one is not checking quality yet if one adds enough seaweed to the soup.
CAUTION: If using lots of kelp with a significant difference between the amounts of potassium and sodium content in one's alk drink, may be best to use something such as dulce with a more balanced ratio in one's soup.
And, yes, i had some very similar issues when I started doing this!
