I have two of the F 165's. both used for the same purpose...to drive two external Rife machines. Bruce Stenulson 8CE-EM's plasma tube machines and magnatetic wands.

Seems otheres have suggested the USB which I also had to correct initially, when loading the program from the CD into my computer. If you do not have the software CD I would be happy to make a copy and send it to you..seems I remember you can also downloat from AR site.
Either way...when I initially loaded the CD it seemed like two parts, one was operating software, and then a 2nd step for making the USB port talk. WHen I did this for my 2nd F -165 I paid a little more attention, and got it right the first time.. but there is a kind of two step process.

ALSO NOTE unless there is a change, or something new... the PC has to have window XP and NOT VISTA.
I may not be correct, but that is what I got from what I read.
