Thanks Newport. This forum did not accept my new posting yesterday for some reason. If I run this device in DC is it preferable that I hold the black electrode in my right hand then? I also have trouble downloading from my PC to the device and have wasted 2 days on it so far. Is it worthwhile to troubleshoot this, or is it just as fast to enter programs directly over the device keypad?? Did anybody else get the "cannot get attention. Status 0" message when trying to run a program from the PC? Sorry, lots of questions. I've been doing a lot of scrambling to get up to speed on this stuff and it seems it's all turning into one big pile in my head now.
