Thanks for your reply. The response to my questions were a good initial point in the right direction for further investigations for me to do, although a few things I just looked up brought me to a few more questions.
I have read through many post on the site but hopefully I am not repeating anything too much, but maybe this will be useful for others as well.
I checked out some stuff on vitamin C and it appears I should be getting enough, but not an abundance. Apparently government recommendations are 40mg in the UK and 60-95mg in the US (60mg in Canada where I live) Are these amounts sufficient? To get more vitamin C is there a supplement in the form that is still organic? This article brought me some confusion as it states that synthetic vitamins are not used by the body because they are not still in their biological form. (real vitamins are only in whole food?)
