Cancer treatment

There are people in my life who are very nonsupporting or unaware of the natural cures for cancer. Are there medically reviewed studies that have been done proven the effectiveness of natural treatments for cancer?
Specifically I am doing The Master Cleanse and I have read that it started out as a treatment for prostate cancer. Has there been any studies proving this?
I do believe that there are natural cures and it would be extremely helpful if the findings of natural cures were backed by medical journals. Thank you. Tweet
