family simple version was dipping cauliflower in eggs and salt/pepper and it was all down the hatch after that.
find a sauce to condiment.

family loved it.

i would get ask how to cook cauliflower.
I learned and passed this: just cook in water as you would
boiling potatoes.
Smash all together into a mash potato mixture
It would hide the cauliflower into something someone liked and was familiar with.(mash potatoes).
