Apparently it means you've got worms, and they are hiding out in hard to reach places, or the amount of dewormer it would take to kill them all, would also kill the host. So it is a matter of slowly reducing the wormload. Do you have this going on, or are you simply interested in the things I've been observing over the past few years? Tweet
