Castor Oil Pack question

Save Your Life Manual- says to do a castor oil pack every night, no exceptions, then gives instructions on how.

Later, SYL says to do nightly herbal fomentations, and also gives instructions.

*sigh*

Do we IPers HAVE to do the castor oil pack at night? Is there a reason for the "at night" part or is it the time involved? I was thinking of doing them just over my liver to see what happens, since I'm going to concentrate on "liver work" this time. I was thinking of doing a castor oil pack while I'm doing a coffee enema since I just lie there and pray or read running magazines (lol) anyway. Would that be too much work for my liver to do at once or would that be totally amazing? "Me" confused on that one. I've also thought about doing the castor oil packs while I'm "tanning" (big smirk- geez, to be 20 again...) maybe both? That would be almost 2 hours of multitasking....

Just trying to be a good STEWARD of my time and energy. :-)
