Hi Jill,

Just wondering if you ever started the bitters for the liver cleanse? I did them 3 times yesterday and once this am. I know Hagveragerthi said that you could feel bad for a couple days. I am nauseated and feel full this am. Didn't know if you ever tried them. Hope your anemia gets worked out.
