Each time you take the mouthwash, the neti pot, the bath, the oral dose there is Miracle-Mineral-Supplement going into you...which is oxidizing things.
If you are very ill, do NOT take these all at once.
It is TOO much to start with all at once...
Start with one, then add each other method slowly.
That way you can see..
I did not begin the bath until I was taking 5 drops.
It would have been too strong.
I do not think anyone else should either.
