Hello Everyone
I'm new to Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and have been reading your very helpful posts.
I'm wondering---Is it safe to take Miracle-Mineral-Supplement internally, the same time that I am doing the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement baths, Neti cup cleansing, Mouthwashing and everything else you can do with MMS externally. I haven't started it yet but am trying to get educated about it.

However, I'd be careful. It all adds up. You don't want to get too much chlorine dioxide in you; regardless of how it gets into your system

Dr. Hesselink seems to think that a therapeutic dose should be based upon body weight. His target is using 1 mg of sodium chlorite per kg of body weight.
I don't know about the exact number, but dosing based upon body weight makes a lot of sense to me.
According to Dr. Hesselink's ideas, a 5 drop dose would be the target for a 66 kg person.

This is a reply to # 1,396,879I have had to take Miracle-Mineral-Supplement very slow. I only take 1 drop three times a week because I can't tolerate the "detoxing" feeling that I get when I add more Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . I have been using this protocol for about 3 weeks and it obviously works for me because I finally passed a 10 inch parasite last week. I was THRILLED!!! I have almost every symptom there is for having parasites and I just "knew" there has to be a lot crawling around in me. It was great to finally prove myself right!! I am going to attempt adding a few baths every week along with the oral dose as well. Good luck!

This is a reply to # 1,396,980Each time you take the mouthwash, the neti pot, the bath, the oral dose there is Miracle-Mineral-Supplement going into you...which is oxidizing things.
If you are very ill, do NOT take these all at once.
It is TOO much to start with all at once...
Start with one, then add each other method slowly.
That way you can see..
I did not begin the bath until I was taking 5 drops.
It would have been too strong.
I do not think anyone else should either.
