It was HIGHLY effective...BUT..VERY DEPELTING. If you are weak, or have adrenal fatigue, I would not do the enema as described, very often. Maybe once a week.

I am not sure if I understood Marlenes post, but I would NOT do the coffee enema BEFORE the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement ...I am going to try her Miracle-Mineral-Supplement enema though and try to retain it...

Did you orally take it?

I TOOK THE ORAL DOSES AS USUAL.

Did you clean out your colon BEFORE the MMS enema?
I DON'T CALL THE MMS TREATMENT AND ENEMA AS THE ENEMA IS TO CLEAN OUT THE COLON.
THE IMPLANT IS TO ABSORB THE MMS SOLUTION BY LEAVING IT IN THE COLON.

for a coffee enema, they can be done more regularly for they stimulate, rather than deplete...which should be separate from the MMS enema, My ND gave me the directions 8 cups of coffee and 6 heaping tablespoons of organic..boiled for 15 minutes then strained and cooled to warm. This gives 3 servings that can be refridgerated.

The benefit apparently to doing the enema is that you get it into the plasma of the blood.

IT ALSO HELPS TREAT THE LOWER ORGANS.

I did a bath tonight and the rash I have had on my stomach and legg went away within 2 hours. I got the directions on the bath above. the bath also makes it go into the plasma. My stomach immediately began reacting...and you should take a dose of MMS before the bath.
I will be repeating this again regluarly..it was HIGHLY beneficial for me..
