I watched it through, as is, and promptly fell asleep in this chair after the closing page.

Then had a wandering dream about an old issue of mine, fantasized.

While watching the video I was aware of the bother of accepting a stranger's opinion, etc., as presented.

I was also aware of 'double-speak' so commonly seen today.

I can accept that the video is sincere, but put my own 'reservation' on it, just in case...a habit of mine.

The 'music' was okay with me...in fact the louder part sounded quite like a Tibetan bowl used by a teaching kinesiologist I visit.

You might find it interesting that, since she has moved to the fourth floor of her building, the whole building vibrates with at least one of her bowls used in treatments.

All the offices and stores know when that bowl is being used! They must not mind too much for she is still there.

I know I certainly appreciate that bowl, as a client.

A very long time ago, I suggested she include soft music in her office and treatment rooms. She said she didn't because everything depends on the listener's frame of reference.

What may be beautiful to one might be something else to another. I think she is right. [Sound is one of her specialties...light/color, and scent, too, and more.]

Actually, I believe there are an infinite number of paths to healing/well-being...all valid. My best, if you'll forgive me, are always far simpler than I had ever imagined.

I don't have to 'concentrate', or 'stand on my head and spit nickels', as one old-timer put it.

My own sub-conscious mind always understands what I mean when I make a statement, and then put it aside. It always fetches what I need to know, after a while [lately, often instantly]...when and what I least expect. I don't have to specify 'how'.
