in your situation, i believe SSKI is the way to go at first, and its the cheapest form, too.
selenomethionine is the only other supp i see as mandatory. the others are on an as needed basis, though some would argue about the vit C and magnesium. those i think can still come from diet adjustments, Epsom Salt baths, juicing, smoothies, etc.
as you work your way up in dosage you may find yourself hyperthyroid. thats the sign to cut back the armour. you have a 33% chance of getting off of armour completely, or being able to reduce the dosage.
if that works good for ya, some magnascent would round out the bodies needs.
